Shipping

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Delivery time is generally 3 to 5 business days after shipping confirmation.

We ship all orders within 3–5 business days via standard shipping.

For pre-sale items and made-to-order items, separate delivery times apply, which are noted directly on the respective product page.

International shipping costs

For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge a shipping fee. The exact costs are displayed transparently at checkout and depend on the destination country and package size.

Shipping to Germany, Switzerland, and the UK
Within Germany: 3-5 business days,
UK: 4-8 business days
Switzerland: 4-8 business days

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer. The exact shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country and package size.

Returns and Cancellation

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Additionally, we grant you a voluntary return option of a total of 30 days after receipt of the goods, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

All labels and security tags must be fully attached and undamaged.

A return without attached labels or security tags is not possible.

Limited Pieces

An exchange of limited pieces is excluded. The legal right of withdrawal as well as our voluntary return option remain unaffected, provided the above-mentioned conditions are met.

Return Costs

The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
