Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible partnership who acts in the exercise of their trade or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Sergio Johannes Kuhn.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided and explained during the order process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language & Storage

The available languages for the conclusion of the contract are: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian.

We save the contract text and will send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after conclusion.

4. Delivery Conditions

4.1 Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free of charge.
Express shipping is subject to an additional fee of €20. Further information about express delivery can be found in the respective product offer.

4.2 Delivery Options

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.
Shipping only – self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

Prices shown at the time of ordering are valid. These are total prices. We do not charge VAT (small business regulation).

5.2 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods in our shop:

Credit Card
During the checkout process, you enter your credit card details. Your card is charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit
By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. You will be informed of the date of the debit at least one banking day in advance (prenotification). A banking day is any working day excluding Saturdays, national public holidays, and December 24th and 31st.
The account will be charged after the goods have been shipped.

PayPal
To pay via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The transaction will be processed immediately after placing the order.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected customers within their PayPal account. These options are provided solely by PayPal and do not fall under our responsibility. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

6.1 Legal Warranty Rights

The statutory warranty law applies.

6.2 Guarantees & Customer Service

Information about any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on dedicated information pages in the online shop.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found here.

Important Notice: The ODR platform will be permanently shut down on July 20, 2025. Submission of complaints will no longer be possible after March 20, 2025.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
